Alan ColglazierHigh School:
Attended Pueblo East H.S. Three year letterman in football as a back (1966-68), basketball playing guard (1967-69) and infield on the Eagles baseball team (1966-69)... Graduated in 1969.

Achievements:
Pitched on several softball teams during his 27 year stint (1970-97) including the Tulsa Firebirds, Turquoise Kings, Southern Truck Raiders, Decatur A's, Aurora Home Savings, Dome Petroleum, Walnut Woods, Carson City and various Pueblo teams.

● Was one of the top Softball pitchers in the world.
● Pitched in 24 national tournaments finishing fifth on the all-time list with 19 victories (1970-97).
● Played in 18 World Tournaments.
● Won two national championships (won one title pitching for Aurora Home Savings in 1980. Colglazier was 3-0, his ERA was 0.00 and he was the winning pitcher in the final game.
● Had a career overall record was 41-7 with an ERA of 0.84.
● Selected MVP for many tournaments.
● Selected All-American six times.
● Participated in the 1981 Olympic Festival with a 2-1 record.
● Inducted into the International Softball Congress (ISC) Hall of Fame in 1984.
● Selected seven times to ISC All-American and All-World teams.
● Charter member in the Pueblo Softball Hall of Fame in 2010.
● Established his own pitching academy (2009).

Related Activities:
Alan has given back to the game of softball in the form of clinics and camps in the US, Canada, Japan and New Zealand...Spent five years as head softball coach at Pueblo East H.S. (1988-91)...Also coached in Kingman, AZ (1991-92), at Risley Middle School (1993-96), CSU-Pueblo (1996-97)...Colglazier has been at the helm of Bulldogs softball program at Mississippi State since 2009.
