● Team's quarterback from 1926-28, played forward on the basketball team and was a member of the track team.(1927-29).

Went to the University of Colorado (CU), graduated in 1934.

● Three-year letterman in both football at quarterback (1929-33) and a forward on the Buffaloes basketball team (1930-34).
● Member of the CU track team for two seasons.
● Twice earned All-Conference selection as quarterback for the Buffaloes.
Related Activities:
Played pro football for four years with the Chicago Cardinals (1934-37).
Coaching Career:
● Head football and track coach (1938-42) as well as basketball coach (1939-42) for Pueblo Centennial H.S.
● Led the basketball team to the state championship in 1940 recording an undefeated season and the football team to a runner-up finish at state in 1939.
Occupations:
● Hired as a teacher and coach Centennial H.S. (1938-42).
● Spent 30 years as Superintendent of Steel Production at the C.F.&I.
● Worked as a consultant at Monterey Mexico for fund Dora Steel for three and a half years.
Personal:
Lived in Pueblo with his wife, Billie. Passed away September 20, 2001 at age 91.
