High School:
Attended Pueblo Central, graduating in 1959...Three year member of the Wildcats football team at quarterback (1956-58)...Also competed in wresting and baseball - 3rd base from 1957-59...Two-time state wrestling champion at 145 lbs (1958) and 154 lbs (1959).

College:
Went to the University of Colorado, where he graduated in 1963...Played three seasons (1959-63) of football for the Buffaloes at quarterback and defensive back and two years (1960-62) on the baseball team at 3rd base.

Accomplishments:
● Selected five times by the senior class as the Outstanding Teacher
● The Bakersfield Chapter of the DAR selected Graham as Kern County’s Outstanding United States History Teacher.
● As a baseball Coach, nine players enter the professional ranks....Two (Steve Ontiveros and Doug Lohman) made it to the Major Leagues.
● Our school has a legendary athletic history of over 100 years and Graham is one of only three coaches to have an athletic award named in his honor.
