Attended Pueblo Central H.S., graduating in 1955...Rosales was a three-year member of the track team, running distance events...Holds the record for the mile run (4:40) from 1953-67 in the South-Central League.
Coaching Career:
● Begin his career coaching volleyball and freshman basketball for six years (1983-86) at Pueblo East H.S.
● Posted a career record of 108-36 coaching the Eagles volleyball squad.
● Placed third at the Colorado State High School Volleyball Championships - the only Pueblo team to make the State playoffs.
● Coached the Eagles Junior varsity for a year (1996-97).
● Selected as the 1987 "Coach of the Year" for Colorado Girls Sports by The Denver Post.
● Spent four years as the head volleyball coach at Pueblo Central H.S. (1993-96).
● Moved on to coach basketball (13 years) at all levels and at several high schools in Pueblo.
